Dr. Rainer Schlamp
Dr. Rainer Schlamp is a Partner in EbelHofer Strategy & Management Consultants. Prior to this he held various positions at an international management consultancy and a German premium car manufacturer. In total, Dr. Schlamp has over 15 years of experience in consultancy and industry.
Dr. Schlamp studied business administration with a specialization in marketing and information systems at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. He obtained his doctorate from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt on the topic of “Measuring sales efficiency in cooperation with the sales organization of a German premium manufacturer”.
Dr. Schlamp is a specialist in sales, pricing, and growth strategy. He is regarded a leading expert on the development and implementation of concepts for increasing sales efficiency and for innovative price models for large product portfolios. He has primarily undertaken international projects for companies in the wholesale segment, in the production of base materials, the automotive and supply industry, and mechanical engineering.
